BORING BAR BUSHINGS for CNC TURNING CENTERS

All straight BORING BAR BUSHINGS have two elongated holes to make them universally applicable for most machine tools.

They are hardened and precision ground on O.D., I.D. and the back of the flange.

By positioning the BUSHING on the boring bar and securing it in place with the socket set screw, pre-setting off the machine can be done.

MORSE TAPER BUSHINGS

These MORSE TAPER BUSHINGS were especially designed, for CNC lathes, with the shortest possible external length, yet featuring full length morse taper.

The Morse taper, the O.D. and the adjacent shoulder are precision ground after heat treating.
